Hotel Rooms are guaranteed at $98.99 (includes tax) on Friday, March 12th, 2021.


You must reserve your room prior to March 1st, 2021.

Officials are responsible for making their own reservation and you should feel free to room with a fellow official.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and under guidance from our legal council, we are REQUIRING all in person attendees to sign a waiver form.   You can access the waiver form HERE.  Fill it out in it's entirety, sign/date it and return with your clinic fee.

Please understand your CCFO Spring Clinic registration is NOT an application to the Centennial Conference Football Officials (CCFO).
